All perishable food orders are final. As this is a perishable product, there are no product or money-back guarantees, and we cannot accept returns.

Once the shipment is placed on the truck, PVMM Smokehouse, LLC. is no longer responsible for the shipment. We offer many shipping options to ensure that the product arrives in great shape, please choose wisely. PVMM Smokehouse, LLC. is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or any delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
